Volunteer!
In 2012, 2,821 volunteers gave their time in support of Share programs, totaling 62,260 hours. In all, our volunteers provided $1,356,645 of service to our organization!
Every year Share touches the lives of more than 10,000 people in Clark County. We could never accomplish this without the caring and compassionate support of our community. From Share’s very beginnings, volunteers have played an important role in its development. We need our volunteers not only to supplement our paid staff, but also to bring the creativity and vitality that is necessary for the continued growth of our organization.
While our clients will directly benefit from your time and talents, we hope that your association with Share will be a mutually satisfying experience as well. A staff member will provide training, guidance and answers to your questions.

Because many of our clients are children and vulnerable individuals, it is Share’s policy to secure conviction-only history information as part of the screening process for volunteers.
Interested volunteers can download and print the application below. Please note: If you are under the age of 18 and would like to volunteer for Share, you must complete both the Share Volunteer Application and the Student Volunteer Worker Agreement.

Volunteer Satisfaction Survey
We encourage anyone who has volunteered at Share to complete a Volunteer Satisfaction Survey. Surveys are confidential and are used to strengthen our program and the volunteer experience.
